All over the internet, people are clutching their pearls about the rise in autism diagnoses and "overdiagnosis" of ADHD. Well, there's a reason for that (one that most researchers have known for years) and that's better diagnosis. SFARI points this out: Pretty much any time a condition gets better diagnosis, its incidence goes up. This is a no-brainer, but it's nice to have a study that points it out.
