Columbia University has a search engine to see if you or your child are eligible for one of their clinical trials. Start with their "about" page. University of Vermont has a page listing current trials. UC Davis has a sign-up page for studies. They have an amazing amount of information on ADHD, autism, and other disorders, so you might want to explore their other pages. Johns Hopkins is seeking volunteers for studies on this page. I'll add more as I find them. Another thing to consider is that these universities often offer treatment programs as well. Not all of them are free or covered by insurance, so be certain to check on that. There are some, though, that provide service for a low price or on a sliding scale because it is part of a training program for their students (these are always supervised, though!) If you have a medical school in your geographical area, it might be worthwhile to check into what programs they have. Participating in their research or student training is a way of helping other people with ADHD while getting assistance or information for yourself.
